📦 Shipping Information

All SilverDivine products are made to order and shipped with care.

We process orders within 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the product type and delivery location, and may range between 4 to 20 business days in total.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on the way.

Free shipping is included in all prices.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll handle it for you at no extra cost.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Face masks or sealed goods (for hygiene reasons)

Unclaimed returns are donated after 30 days. Reshipping fees apply for incorrect addresses.
